Graphics don’t … Graphics don’t neccesarily make a game better… Vice City didn’t look quite as good, but I think it was a lot more fun in the grand scheme of things. The story was well-written, the pop-culture references nailed, and the music was awesome. But that’s just my opinion, of course(prepares for barrage of hate-mail).

The cover system …
The cover system wasn’t bad here, but regardless, Vice City was indeed awesome. I’d rather play that than this any day.
