I can’t answer without knowing where the review appears. Websites that post business reviews usually give the business owner an opportunity to reply to a negative review.

I would say "How to Launch your Career" or "How to launch YOUR career" or with your italicized. It’s a frequent question students ask: "how?". It is likely to catch their eye. And the your makes it more personal to them.

A girl that worked for my employer was fired last week for not doing what was aked of her. NOw she is going on different websites posting bad reviews about him personally, nothing that has anything to do with his business. She is talking about him hating Americans and how he is shady, is this legal. She did leave him a voice mail saying she would do this.

Of course it’s legal – anyone can post anything they want on the internet, so she could post it even if she was still working for him.

I’ve been researching InMotion for my hosting needs. I’m pretty impressed, anyone have any reviews of InMotion?

It seems like people who are good business owners get a bad review from one person and it causes them to lose business. The review could have completely been made up. Do you pay attention to these online reviews of businesses?

I was wondering if someone can explain to me why reviews are important to have on my facebook page?

Whenever I am buying a product or service, if there are reviews available from previous users/customers, I want to hear if they have had a good experience before I part with my hard earned cash!
If a product or a service like a business had several glowing reviews, I would be more inclined to put my business their way. If the review is poor, i would look elsewhere.

I work for a company that recently told us (the employees) to go on a website and put "good" reviews about the company because someone had given the company itself a bad review. Does this violate any law or would turning this over to the Better Business Bureau really accomplish anything?

What do you feel would be the best course of action?
I understand that the BBB has nothing to do with the government or law in any way. The point I was trying to make is that it looks really bad for a company when they have bad reviews from the BBB. By telling employees of a company to put up good reviews only to boost the companies image is something I feel would like to be known.

You do know that the BBB has ZERO actual authority to do anything over ANY matter right??? They are NOT some governmental agency and they have no power whatsoever.
