Want to buy this laptop .. Is it good? It’s basically the only touchpad/lightness/keyboard i liked. I am a student, only gaming will be sims 3, internet browsing and movies. Cheers

The ATI HD 5470 makes it a solid choice or else it would have issues with sims 3.

I’m part of the Vodafone Web Relations team and would like to offer some help and advice.
It’s always difficult to narrow down your choices when your picking your new phone! There’s a couple of different websites you can use to compare phones side by side to see which has the best features to match your needs.
The Samsung Star is a more recent release, but both have 3 inch TFT resistive touchscreen, up to 16GB memory capacity with micro SD cards, 3.15MP cameras.
There’s not much difference in the specifications of the phones, but the camera on the Star does have smile detection which is fantastic for taking loads of photos of your friends. The Cookie has T9, which is the predictive text language, making texting all your friends easier and quicker.
The battery life is also different, with the Star claiming a massive stand bay time of 800 hours compared to the 350 hours of the LG Cookie. Samsungs handset also claims to have a talk time battery of up to 10 hours while the LG states 3 and a half hours.
You can also pop into your nearest mobile phone shop to see if they have the phones available for you to look at close up so that you can get a feel for the phone before you make your decision.

I’m planning to buy a new digicam. Although I know that Nikon, Sony and Canon are the best and samsung has no name in digicam lineup, but still I’m getting a brand new Samsung ES25 in 5,500 INR.
That’s really a cool deal considering its features:
12.3 MP, Digital Image Stabilization, Self-potrait mode, Smart Album, and other cool features just like Nikon and Sony…
So, technology-wise, this camera doesn’t appear lagging behind….But I hardly hear anyone having Samsung Digicam, so I wanted 2 know whether its wise 2 go for samsung or not…As far as company is concerned, Samsung is a good company with very good reputation..

though samsung has not made a mark in the field of digicams, but its a good brand
3 of my friends own samsung cameras(2 compact digicams, n 1 slr) they r vry happy with their performance
n kind of features they r providing you at this price is vry good

I don’t own one, but if you put "samsung es25 review" into a search engine, you will find several, including a video: http://www.break.com/usercontent/2010/4/18/samsung-new-digital-camera-es25-review-1820194 It sounds like he is reading a promo from Samsung, though, so look at more reviews from other sources in your search.

I currently have a ENV2 (Which I very strongly dislike) that recently got messed up and due to previous water damage, cannot be fixed under warrenty. So I am looking into a new phone and really like how the Samsung Rouge looks.
