Our company is Milanoo.com. The competitors are insulting us by posting awful reviews on many sites like livejournal.com and coolcomputing.com.
Can anyone tell me what to do?
If your company give the customer the best products and services, you do not have to worry about.
Their accusation is unfound anyway.
You should focus on real customer, not some kinds of comment.
Your website should have a page explain what the primary purpose of the company. ANd the customer should defend your company if the accusation found untruth.
They are doing that to your company as a bait to draw your comapny from products and services.
Your best weapon is to focus to your customer needs to provide what they are really want.
