You can find good and critical reviews on several websites. Tripadvisor.com and cruisecritic.com seem to have great information on cruiselines and specific cruise destinations.
cruisecritic.com has a diverse venues to get information. You can look up a particular cruiseline, ship, and sailing to get what people enjoyed as well as prepare yourself on problems people encountered. They also have a Board that you can ask questions, review responses from other cruisers….very useful in planning for your trip. References :
The previous respondants highlighted the major websites to get reviews. You can also get reviews on other major travel websites, but you have to hunt for them and not all cruiselines have reviews or comments.
But everyone has different tastes and dislikes, so you should take any review objectively. I found some reviews very critical, but after I went on the cruise, I found I had no similar problems (lucky I guess). Other cruises I went on, I had problems no board or reivew every mentioned.
Prepare as best as you can and you’ll have a fine time! References :
Most reviews are written for the vacation as a whole – the onboard experience as well as the in-port experience. Cruisecritic.com does have reviews written by its members, but keep in mind that they’re personal opinions – an experience one person may consider delightful might be just awful for the person standing right next to them. Some members elaborate more on their in-port experiences than others. References :

The best place I have always found for real unbiased reviews is
http://www.cruise.co.uk/cruise-reviews/
There are around 20,000 reviews on this site, and it is very easy to use. It is always my first point of call. If you have specific questions about itinerares, you can also visit
