lets say I had a blog www.mydomain.com. Where I gave great reviews for mobile phones and other electronics. My target audience was for sydney and I advised the best deals around town (syd populartion = 4million).
If I was getting 300-500 uniques visitors a day, would companies like blackberry or htc send me a new phone to review by any chance? Or wouldn’t I stand a chance?

they won’t magically send you phones. however if you ask them chances are they will. however there’s a catch. that is that you have to give the phone back to the company after you reviewed them.

I don’t think 500 is worth them giving you a free one. See how many CNET gets per day, and use that to judge whether or not you think you can attract that many visitors, and judge by that.
